Warranty Terms & Conditions

Breast Pumps 

Arley breast pumps carry a warranty of one (1) year on the motor and LCD display, and a three (3) month warranty on the battery, starting from your baby’s date of birth (with your baby’s MyKid/birth certificate as proof with a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first) as per the details in the warranty registration, OR from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects on the breast pump and not the accessories. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This warranty is only valid for Arley breast pumps purchased from Track Twenty Two Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its authorized resellers.
  2. This warranty is only valid for the customer as per the warranty registration details. It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.
  3. For warranty claims please send your breast pump to the the Company’s office address as listed on the website. All transport/courier fees for sending and collection are to be borne by the customer.
  4. Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase and the baby’s birth certificate, alongside these warranty terms and conditions.
  5. The Company must be notified of any and all issues regarding the product upon submission for warranty claim.
  6. The Company will repair or replace the product once we have determined that its defect(s) meet the terms and conditions of this warranty.
  7. The duration of this warranty will not be extended in the event that the Company decides to repair or provide a replacement for the product.
  8. The Company will not be held responsible for any damage and/or deterioration of any devices that it receives.
  9. The Company will not be held responsible for any loss, damages directly or indirectly caused by shipping.
  10. All warranty claim submissions must be accompanied by a hard copy (printed) Warranty Claim, Repair and Service Request Form that has been filled up with the correct information. The company will not be held responsible for any delays, losses or errors with any device that is sent to the Company without the abovementioned Warranty Claim or Repair Request Form.
  11. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Usage other than in accordance with the instruction manual
  • Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents
  • Rough handling
  • Liquid damage (e.g. water/milk entering breast pump)

 

UV Sterilizer (Arley X3)

Arley UV sterilizers carry a warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects on the UV sterilizer and not the accessories or UV-C lamps. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This warranty is only valid for Arley UV sterilizers purchased from Track Twenty Two Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its authorized resellers.
  2. This warranty is only valid for the customer as per the warranty registration details. It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.
  3. For warranty claims please send your Arley UV sterilizer to the the Company’s  office address as listed on the website. All transport/courier fees for sending and collection are to be borne by the customer.
